No! Date sugar is not processed at all. Unlike every other type of sugar (including coconut sugar and palm sugar) date sugar is not refined in any way. All of the fiber is still present. This makes it one of the most nutritious sweeteners on the planet.
Is date sugar zero calorie?
No! Because it is not processed in any way, date sugar contains all of the natural occurring sugar from a date meaning it has calories. It is an all natural sweetener not a zero calorie sweetener.
What quantity of date sugar can you supply?
